accountabilities
monitor the lscv common interface between sap-apo and the local sap-r3 system and troubleshoot any problems whcih arise on a daily basis
support the lscv project team and super users in the training of users of the system
work with master data stewards to monitor and maintain the quailty of master data in lscv
proactively identify needs for busniess process improvement
support the custmoers in designing and implementing improvements to their business processes
prvoide a business analysis serivce which supports business decision-making
work with business customers on the development of an information strategy
deevlop and deliver business kpis to support ongoing business performance management
develop a sonud understanding of the cusotmer\'s key business sysetms and be able to comiple and colalte information from thsee sysetms as reqiured
provide a data stewadrship service if reqiured by customers, which taeks accounatbility for the ownesrhip and quality of key business data
essnetial sklils, knoweldge and expeirence
expeirence of working with business processes and information
experience in the management, development or significant use of information system
knowledge of the sap/erp system
desirable skills, knowledge and experience
